Glide and Slide go back to school!

School Storage Systems

We have recently completed a bespoke storage solution at a primary school in the West Midlands, Castleford Primary School.

As most will appreciate, storage is key in an office environment where important files and equipment need to be housed, especially in a busy and bustling school environment.

The brief that Glide and Slide operated to involved working alongside the teachers and children to cause as little distraction and disruption as possible at suitable times.

Regular communication was key with this job, Glide and Slide worked closely with the head teacher and caretaker to ensure the storage wardrobes met the specified brief.

Due to the professional and smooth execution of this job, Glide and Slide we invited back to craft a number of bespoke shelves for books and files in six of the school’s classrooms. The work was carried out during the Easter holidays so that no disruption was caused to the children’s learning in the classrooms whilst the shelving was fitted.
